How does Atoztasks handle confidential information provided by the client during the period of the agreement?

Data from the client is restricted to usage by the analyst and his team lead that would be assisting the analyst in the project. We have implemented a stringent IT Security policy, which prevents unauthorized persons from accessing both client confidential data and other data used for the concerned project.

How does Atoztasks handle client information and data after the term of the agreement?

At the end of the term of the agreement, the Atoztasks team lead collates all the data and information related to the client, including all research reports and other deliverables provided to the client, and archives it for 6 months. After this period, it is removed from our archived folder. If the client wants his project-related data, he must contact us within 6 months of his project end date. We can then save it in an FTP folder from where the client can copy his file.

Atoztasks understands the importance of ensuring confidentiality of client information and the importance of IPR, and has a four-pronged approach to avoid any breaches.

All rights regarding the project rest solely with you. The arrangement is such that we are the party that provides you with people who will work directly under you. This gives you the sole ownership of Intellectual Property, once you have cleared all your dues with us.

How do you manage security and privacy of credit card information?

We have implemented strict security measures to ensure that sensitive information like credit card details, client lists, etc. is never stolen. Our systems are protected with firewalls and strong physical security.

Does Atoztasks have necessary Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) for the data and information provided by the client?

Yes, Atoztasks follows a strict DRP system to ensure that the client data is safe and secure even in worst case scenarios like fire, earthquake or other natural disasters.

Client data and information is stored in a secure server location. A regular backup of this server location is taken in a mirroring server kept at an outside but secure location manned by the Atoztasks team. Additional tools like CDs and tape devices are also used for backup purposes. All this information is kept in a secure location with strict access rights for authorized IS personnel only.
